Felix Granger – “The Butcher’s Son”
Felix was committed to Hollow Hills Hospital in 1951 after a violent breakdown at his family’s butcher shop. Raised under the strict hand of a religious father and tormented by trauma, Felix developed a split identity.
By day, he was “Brother Felix,” a devout and soft-spoken man who wrote psalms in journals. By night, he became “The Butcher,” consumed by visions of sin and sacrifice — leaving behind cryptic rituals carved into meat and bone.
When the hospital staff found him dead in the walk-in freezer, wrapped in butcher paper and surrounded by symbols, they ruled it a suicide. But his journals tell another story.
Two sides. One man. One horrifying truth waiting to be uncovered.
Jonah Hale – “The Silent Artist”
Jonah Hale was only 14 when the fire consumed his family home.
He was found standing outside, silent, watching the flames. His parents were still inside.
He never said a word about what happened that night. The police couldn't prove he set the fire, but suspicion followed him like smoke. With no other family, and growing signs of trauma, he was committed to Hollow Hills Hospital.
Jonah never spoke again. But he painted—obsessively. His artwork became the only window into his mind: surreal, eerie depictions of fire, grief, and something… darker.
Years later, Jonah was found dead in the Activity Room, slumped beside a massive mural that seemed to appear overnight. It showed the fire—but this time, someone else held the match.
The mural was his final confession—or maybe his attempt to finally clear his name.
Was he a killer… or just a witness too scared to speak?
“The Whispering Girl” – Eloise Marrow
Age at Death: 12
Eloise was admitted to Hollow Hills Hospital at age 9 after the sudden disappearance of her older sister, Mina. Traumatized and withdrawn, she refused to speak to anyone — except her doll, also named Mina.
Doctors believed she suffered from childhood dissociative identity disorder, but her records were vague, and staff began to report eerie whispers in the dormitory at night… always coming from the empty bed where Eloise once slept.
She died under mysterious circumstances — no injuries, no illness, just silence.
Now, her doll is the only thing left behind… and it still whispers.
Dr. Meredith Vale – “The Good Nurse”
Meredith wasn’t admitted to Hollow Hills as a patient — not officially. She was a respected doctor who volunteered to go undercover, posing as a patient to investigate rumors of abuse, unethical treatments, and disappearances inside the asylum walls.
Using the alias Margaret Vail, she documented everything — falsified medication records, patient mistreatment, and staff conspiracies. But before she could share her findings, Meredith vanished.
Her death was ruled a suicide, but no autopsy was ever performed. Whispers in the hospital claimed she got too close to the truth.
Now, scattered medical records and hidden notes suggest Meredith uncovered something worth killing for.
