FAQ'S

Are tickets refundable?
No, all purchases are final and there are no refunds for cancellations. However, games can be rescheduled until 24 hour prior the original start time.

How much does it cost?
The price is $25 per person. (Discounts for groups of 5 or more are automatically applied during the booking process.) For private event rates you need to select the "Private Event" box to receive the discount.

If I don't book the room as "private event" will others be booked in with my group?

​Yes, this is possible! Although it is rare, it does happen from time to time. This a great way for smaller groups to be more successful in completing rooms built for larger groups. If you are uncomfortable with working with new friends please book every available ticket, or click on the "private event" box. 


If the order is under my name, can I transfer the tickets to a friend of mine?
Yes absolutely. In that case please make sure you bring a printout of your confirmation e-mail with you.

Are drop-ins welcome or by appointment only?
We are open by appointment only and will accommodate walk-ins if possible, but there are no guarantees on availability and hours that we are open. Please reserve your game ahead of time to ensure your booking.

Can I use my phone in the room?
You are welcome to bring your phone into the room, but
NO PICTURES ALLOWED inside the room. You can use your phone as a flashlight, but we ask that if you must take a call you exit the room to not interrupt the progress of the team.  

Can children play the game?
Yes. Due to game complexity we do not recommend persons under the age of 10 to play however, children as young as 7 years old might find the game interesting and educational. All minors under 18 years old must be accompanied by at least one paying adult (per group) to maintain our insurance compliance policy.

Can we have a team of 2 people?
We recommend that groups of 2 find a 3rd person as it might be too difficult. Having said that, we will not turn you down if you are up for the challenge!

Do you have gift vouchers?
Yes! Use the green link on the "Home" page or on the "Rooms" page to purchase gift vouchers.

What time should I arrive for my game?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled game time. We highly encourage everyone to come on time for the best possible experience.

What if I am late? Will I be permitted to go inside?

Due to the tight schedule of the games and their frequency, arriving late may disrupt the game in session and the following games. Our staff will use their discretion in handling late arrivals.


Am I going to be locked in a room?
Yes! It wouldn’t be much fun if you weren’t! Don’t worry though, every game is monitored by audio and video surveillance. In case you need to leave the room during the game, there is a key clearly marked by the door with a tag that unlocks the room in case of an emergency situation. Should you choose to leave during the 60-minute time limit, you are welcome to reenter the game when you are ready, however this can be disruptive so we encourage you to use the restroom prior to entering your room.

What happens if my team and I find it impossible to advance through the game?

Our clue masters will be monitoring your game during the full session using surveillance equipment in the room and are ready to assist you with hints and clues should you find yourselves stuck.
